I am back. Spent 12 days traveling to the Holy Land, Germany and Austria. It was a once in a lifetime event in my life. It was a spiritual journey for me - not necessarily a vacation. Walking where Jesus walked was amazing. Granted some of the sights were pure speculation, but others were genuine. After all the Sea of Galilee, Jordan River, Caesrea and Jerusalem has not moved. The highlight for me was the Sea of Galilee. We took a boat trip around the Sea and had lunch. I was re-baptized in the Jordan River by John Caldwell, my pastor that baptized me in 1979, so that was really special. I will try and share a bit of the trip for the next few weeks. On another note, the temporary construction road is being created as I write. Pretty exciting. |
