We have ongoing opportunities for various student internships. Internships provide work experience in your field, create an opportunity to use the skills you've learned, provide a "real-life" experience with a short-term commitment and provide potential work-related references.

Placement Possibilities

Mentoring. Learn how to mentor women through the recovery process. Teach life skills including: self care, child development and parenting, budgeting/money management, computer and job skills training.

Children's Program Assistant. Assist residential staff with various program activities for children. Teach life skills, anger management, healthy relationships, and safe leisure activities.

Fundraising. Learn the various aspects of fundraising by organizing or helping with events or writing grants.

Administrative. Learn general office skills including data entry, typing, filing, answering phones, and mailings.
