Court Advocacy

Sheltering Wings walks alongside women and their children throughout the legal process, acting as their advocate to the court system and assisting them in finding counsel for legal advice in criminal and civil matters.

Family Preservation

Each resident is required to be in counseling during her stay at the shelter. She may use her own personal counselor if already in counseling; however, if she does not already have a counselor, our case manager will coordinate counseling that best accommodates her financial and emotional needs.

Secure Permanent Housing

Our goal is to help women find safe, affordable, permanent housing upon their exit from Sheltering Wings. Every family deserves a safe, abuse-free home in which to live. Our case mangers work with women to help them find the best permanent housing available.
